This model, due to its size and weight, is designed for use with pwcs where a single rescue operator is available to operate the pwc, or may be used in situa- tions where a rescue swimmer is used to assist the victim. Used by surfers around the world, the tapered tail makes it very easy to paddle up on the deck of the sled, for those doing step-offs or tow-at surf- ing. The tapered tail also makes it easier to place unconscious, handi- capped, or incapacitated victims onto the deck of the sled.
