BULLETT RACING GEN 1 HULL “Bullett” has used all three decades of knowledge & design skills to revolu- tionize the Kawasaki 800 SXR hull. “Bullett” has developed a blue printed, trued hull that is stronger than an OEM Kawasaki hull. Bullett Gen 1 hulls feature: • 70lbs lighter than the stock OEM Kawasaki hull • No customer engineering necessary • The hull comes Gel Coated for a strong durable finish • Dual cooling standard • Trim cable tube installed • 2 1/2” High Flow Rear Exhaust • Hulls are supplied with a fitted lightweight hood and Bullet ride plate • Handlepole, gas filler, hood latch, motor mounts, fuel tank and water box mounts are pre-drilled for easy installation and assembly • Macc Racing sponsons built in providing more interior space for triple pipes • Built in rail caps • Blue printed and trued hull for superior handling • Hull will accept Kawasaki 750, 800, 900 & 1100 engines Description Part No. Bullett Racing Kawasaki Gen 1 Hull HULL-KV1 BULLETT RACING GEN 2 HULL The Bullett Racing Gen 1 hull offers all of the standard features of the Generation #1 hull listed above and has the following upgrade design and features: • Lean in style that creates faster corner speeds and better hook up • Bullett intake shoe and Bullett intake grate to allow for a larger water intake design that will reduce speed loss in rough water conditions The Gen 2 hull was used by Chris MacClugage of Macc Racing at the 2010 World Finals where he was the fastest qualifier and the Moto 2 winner. He also was the winner of Moto’s 3 & 4 of the prestigious 2010 Kings Cup in Thailand. The hood is predrilled for installation of the OEM hardware and utilizes the OEM hood seal. Feature additional clearance for installation of a Factory pipe. Gloss gel coated finish.
