Rok Florjancic - Pro Freestyle Rok has traveled to compete in Pro Freestyle at some of the most prestigious freestyle events around Slovenia, Europe, Asia and USA. At a young age he was introduced to the sport by his father Ivan. He was already riding Formula 1 on the water and that’s the reason why he loves everything in connection with racing and engine building. Along with his love of the water and racing he is a multi Motocross National Champion, gymnast and enjoys combat sports. At age 7 he rode a jet ski for the first time and the following year, at Zagreb’s Lake Jarun, he competed in parallel slalom and won the event. As his riding progressed there were many racing victories and eventually he began to get bored with Jet Ski Racing. In search of new challenges in the Jet Ski world he found his true passion, Jet Ski Freestyle. In his home of Slovenia, there were practically no Freestyle competitions, coaches or mechanics to support his new Freestyle career. With limited support in 2001 he won the European Freestyle Championship. At the young age of 17 years, he became World Amateur Freestyle Champion; he was the youngest in history to win the title. Currently Rok is sponsored by RRP and Rickter which is owned by Rick Roy, a freestyle legend in our sport. The relationship with Rick has elevated Rok’s riding and equipment to be one of the top Pro Freestyle competitors in the world. In 2012 Rok completed his and Rick’s goal to become the Freestyle World Champion by winning Pro Freestyle at the 2012 Hot Products IJSBA World Finals. New for 2013 Rick Roy of RRP and RICKTER has purchased a team trailer. This team trailer will be used to attend events in the USA and also will be used as a support trailer for owners of RICKTER’s.
