Drill a 15/32” or #56 (.468) drill size hole and install the fitting using the kit supplied aluminum seal washer on each side of the fitting. The R&D universal fuel return fitting kit is the safest and cleanest way to properly install a fuel return to the top of any make or model fuel tap assembly.
