R&D Clutch Washer Kit (03-04) GTX 185 S/C, 613-95002 (04-05) RXP 215, (05) RXT 215 NOTE: BRP supercharger rebuilt kit installed, upgraded, or warranty updated with the BRP rebuild kits #420881947 (for 185) or #420881946 (for 215), these upgraded superchargers will require R&D PART # 613-95001 R&D Bronze Alloy Recreational Clutch Washer Kit 613-95006 (08) RXP/RXT 215HP, RXP-X/RXT-X 255HP/260HP R&D SUPERCHARGER ADJUSTABLE CLUTCH WASHER KIT The R&D High Performance Racing Adjustable Clutch Washer Kit has been developed to offer precision calibration and tuning to the superchargers clutch system. The Adjustable Clutch Kit offers three Clutch Washers and two Spring Washers, both in two different thicknesses that can be “performance specification” installed along with a strategic spring washer “stack” assembly specification to accommodate 8-18 Ft Pounds of torque or 96-216 inch pounds of torque. The wide range of adjustability will accommodate any manufacturers suggested clutch setting specification from old school 215 stock (7 P.S.I.) to 28 pounds of all out racing boost. R&D Clutch Washers are CNC machined from a billet high strength Steel Super Alloy, Heat Treated, and precision ground to final spec. The R&D Clutch Washers are designed to be able to properly slip and wear over time without failing under the stresses of the Sea-Doo superchargers’ high RPM's (42,000) and high heat. Kit arrives complete with a specific setup chart diagram displaying how to set the clutch to achieve a specific torque slip setting. Kit also has a torque chart that displays a Foot pound conversion ranging from 6 to 20 pounds. Also, this Kit will retro back and fit all Supercharger models. Description Part No. R&D SC Adjustable Clutch Washer Kit 613-95008 (2008-13) 215/255/260 Rotax Engine R&D SEA-DOO 2008+ SUPERCHARGER CLUTCH SPRING REPLACEMENT/UPGRADE KIT The R&D Supercharger Clutch Spring Upgrade Kit will directly replace the OEM clutch spring washers with a new high quality spring washer that is .002” thicker than the OEM spring washer. This Kit will upgrade the slip torque tension of the OEM clutch by an added 2 lbs. over stock.
