COD shipments are available but must be approved by Hot Products when the order is placed. All COD orders will incur a $12.50 COD Service Charge (the actual UPS COD Fee) if the order is not paid via credit card. All residential deliveries will incur a $5.00 residential surcharge. All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. Hot Products offers free UPS Ground shipping on all orders of $250.00 or more within the continental USA (Excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico). The following items are exceptions to the free freight policy and do not qualify: Beach Stands, Launcher Totes, Lifesled and other oversized items. The UPS Ground rate will be credited against the UPS Air Freight charges on all qualifying free UPS Ground orders. *All shipping rates are the published UPS rates.
