In conjunction with this goal we are also increasing our communications to all our dealers, vendors, VIP and industry partners, to achieve this we will be emailing approximately twice per month with this valuable information. The Hot Products Catalog is the essential tool for our entire industry; it is the quick and easy reference tool to assist anyone looking for parts and information to service the PWC customers around the world. Late in 2016 we create our 2017 project list and the first project is always the catalog, requiring many steps to reach completion and meet deadline. The 2017 Catalog goals were: 1) Publish it as early as possible and deliver it in early February 2017 2) Provide the most accurate and updated information available 3) Improve the catalog layout, product features and information for ease of use The catalog starts each year in September by contacting all of our vendors, suppliers and manufacturers for updated information on the current parts available, along with all the new parts. This information is gathered and compiled for addition to the new catalog. The information is outlined and taken to the IJSBA World Finals for meetings with all of the vendors to review and discuss in detail. The first day back from the IJSBA World Finals the catalog production is started. After 342 pages and 13,602 part numbers, we finished all editing work a few weeks earlier than the 2016 catalog. Due to our catalog printing schedule we have to make key decisions in regards to new models, like the 2017 Kawasaki 1500SX-R and Yamaha EX series. There are many products in various stages of development, R&D, testing and manufacturing by the vendors. Most of these new products did not have information and details available at the time of catalog printing. To meet the industry’s need for parts updates and information, we are planning to publish a flyer with the new parts for these models in the Spring of 2017, these flyers will be available from our website. We hope this catalog is the first item you reach for and it makes your PWC business work fast, efficiently and profitably. Just visit our website, enter the complete part number and submit; the system will supply you with a webpage showing you the result: Part Number, Description, Quantity Available and the MSRP. As with all businesses, we work very diligently to keep the information as accurate as possible. If you see a part that does not show as available, please contact us for an updated availability. Some parts and manufacturers are not available in the inventory look up and will supply a search result “ Please call or email for availability ”. In most cases these parts are available.
