The problem is that the main support mount takes a lot of load from wave shock, which causes the manifold to break at the weakest point (just under the main support mount). Our HFC exhaust support fills in this area between the exhaust manifold and the pipe body. This makes the whole system connected as one, which then takes all the stress off the exhaust manifold from breaking. The exhaust support just slips into place and gets sandwiched between the exhaust manifold and pipe body. The product is made from our proven HFC material, which we use on all of our handling products.
