The 2020 race was the 16th Anniversary of this great event, the event launched from Crazy Horse Campground in Lake Havasu City, Arizona, on February 22, 2020. The 2020 was a great success and received worldwide recognition, the event had 41 entries from around the world. This is the first major race each year for all of the newest watercraft models released for the new model year. Manufacturers and race teams from around the world view this as one of the most prestigious events and set their goals each year to be the overall manufacturer champi- on, an honor that Kawasaki once again took home in Pro Runabout and Pro Standup. Each year the race is held in the memory of endurance racer Mark Hahn, who was instrumental in providing the momentum to keep endurance racing going strong and growing across the country before his untimely death during a PWC race in 2004. The “Team” format fea- tures two riders for run- about (sit down) boat teams and up to three riders for a stand-up craft.
