If you are installing on the OEM Yamaha pole, you will need to make extensive modifications to your OEM chin pad mounting and location, in order to clear the handlebars. The chin pad must be relocated further forward on the OEM pole. You may want to consider the Standard Blowsion Steering System (03-05-005/6/7/8/10), as it will clear the OEM Yamaha Chin Pad without any modifications. RRP X-LITE 28.6MM FAT BAR STEERING SYSTEM RRP has developed a new evolution of the AST steering system. This system is the lightest steering system avail- able for freestyle and racing. This new system is the only over the pivot steering system that is adjustable, this system allows for the handlebars to be directly over the pivot bolt or 5/8” back from the pivot point. This system will allow you to make steering adjust- ments without having to remove the handlebars. The steering system base plate will allow for the four mounting bolts to installed from the top and secured with nylux nuts or mounted from the bottom based on the base placed has been manufactured with threads for mounting. The system uses the RRP orings, bearings and grease zerk fitting from the AST steering sys- tem. The steering arm mounts the to turn plate and can be mounted on either side depending on your application. Blowsion OVP Steering Rebuild Kit 03-05-092 RRP UNIVERSAL (22.2MM) BARS STEERING SYSTEM The RRP Universal Steering System and RRP Turnplate is sold as a complete kit like the RRP AST Fat Bar Steering System. The turn plate has been shortened to move the rider closer to the pivot point and to create a more comfortable and improved steering system, eliminates steering slop, features an integrated grease fitting to maintain optimum lubrication and is much stronger than the OEM steering systems on standup watercraft. This kit will fit both RRP Straight (22.2mm) and aftermarket (V Bend) handlebars that are standard 22.2mm clamp compatible. This system is not compatible with any other standard 22.2mm handlebar steering turnplates due to the stem/steering system pivot size. Description Color Part No. RRP Univ.
