EXHAUST • COOLING • MAPTUNER X ULTRA 250/260/300/310 5 PORT COOLING MANIFOLD The R&D 5 Port Extra Cooling Manifold is a bolt on part that replaces the OEM cooling manifold mounted to the top of the jet pump. For offshore and high performance use where engine loads are sustained for longer distances, R&D recommends adding extra cooling to the engine, oil cooler, and intercooler. The R&D manifold provides 3 additional ports over the stock manifold. CNC machined from billet aluminum, o-ringed sealed and anodized for corrosion resistance. Kit comes complete with five ½” fittings. Additional ½ to ½ through- hull water fittings (R&D Pt. # WR06004) required for each additional line, order as needed. *All ports on the water manifold are 1/4” MNPT threaded female connections. See page 346 for Brass fittings. Includes stainless steel bolts and washers, as well as an Allen key to tighten the mount to the intake manifold and the throttle body to the mount. Much stronger than the plastic OEM one. Now featuring a durable O-ring so no throttle body gasket is needed.
