All orders will be shipped via FedEx One Rate, UPS Ground or FedEx Ground/Home unless otherwise requested. Hot Products offers free on orders of $250.00 or more within the continental USA (Excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico). The following items do not qualify for the free freight policy: Beach Stands, Launcher Totes, Lifesled, EVA turf sheets/mat kits, Jettrim and other bulky and oversized items. The FedEx Ground/Home or UPS Ground rate will be credited against the Air Freight charges on all qualifying free orders. *All shipping rates are the published rates. All residential deliveries will incur a $5.00 residential surcharge. Hot Products does offer drop shipping in the USA, all drop ship order will incur a $5.00 processing fee, Drop ship orders must be submitted via email. Just visit our website, enter the complete part number and submit; the system will supply you with a webpage showing you the result: Part Number, Description, Quantity Available and the MSRP. As with all businesses, we work very diligently to keep the information as accurate as possible. If you see a part that does not show as available, please contact us for an updated availability. Some parts and manufacturers are not available in the inventory look up and will supply a search result “Please call or email for availability”. In most cases these parts are available. I started this business December 1984 and this year is the 40th anniversary of Exceed International, Inc and Hot Products. This created many product application changes and creation of new parts which caused the delay in our 2024 Hot Products catalog release. Our goal is to supply the most accurate and detailed information to allow these new PWC models to be updated and modified to the owner’s specifications. 2024 ODI Grip Update: ODI has started the implementation of the all new V2.1 Single Clamp Lock-on System. In the 2024 Hot Products catalog we show both the Single and Dual clamp grips and the supporting information on which grips will be superseding or discontinued once sold out. Protorque Starters: Aftermarket starters has always been a struggle to source a quality product for the PWC industry, but for Hot Products we became a distributor for Protorque and starters have been a great high-quality product. For 2024 Protorque has changed its manufacturing and we now will only stocking the highest quality version of each starter. All none inventory starters will be ordered on a “Special order” basis as needed. It is Memorial Day here in the USA, and the season is just starting to show the beginnings of starting and hopefully the summertime warm weather will show up to get the season going.
