TERMS/SHIPPING USA All orders require a Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit card payment to release the order for shipment. All orders will be shipped via FedEx One Rate, UPS Ground or FedEx Ground/Home unless otherwise requested. Hot Products offers free on orders of $250.00 or more within the continental USA (Excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico). The following items do not qualify for the free freight policy: Beach Stands, Launcher Totes, Lifesled, EVA turf sheets/mat kits, Jettrim and other bulky and oversized items. The FedEx Ground/Home or UPS Ground rate will be credited against the Air Freight charges on all qualifying free orders. *All shipping rates are the published rates. All residential deliveries will incur a $5.00 residential surcharge. Hot Products does offer drop shipping in the USA, all drop ship order will incur a $5.00 processing fee, Drop ship orders must be submitted via email. Dear Valued Hot Products Dealers: In 1984, Scott Saito opened Hot Products in order to provide a great service to the community. After 40 years in business, Scott completed a very successful career in the PWC industry. In late 2024, he decided to retire and sold Hot Products to Peter Rund of Aqua Rider Inc. The new evolution of Hot Products officially began on October 1st, 2024, and in 2025, you will see an expanded inventory and availability of products that were not available from Hot Products in previous years. New vendors and suppliers are being reviewed, and new products will be introduced throughout the 2025 season. Hot Products staff: Tom Perry Tom has been a dedicated Hot Products employee for over 14 years, a consultant to Hot Products since 1990, and he has been in the PWC industry since 1990. Since that time he designed and produced 34 of 35 Hot Products Catalogs. Shuhei “Shu” Nishiguchi Shu has been a dedicated Hot Products employee for over 20 years and has an expertise in International Sales, order processing & shipping, and is the director of purchasing. Product and Vendor Updates: Factory Pipe: Following the sale of Hot Products, Factory Pipe contacted us to revise our distributorship. With these changes, we are excited to announce that Hot Products is now authorized to sell Factory Pipe's Modified and Limited pipes for Yamaha 2 Stroke 2 cylinder 701cc engine configurations. We are in the process of building an inventory of these pipe kits with the goal of having them in stock every day. RRP (Rick Roy Products): Hot Products is an RRP Manufacturer Representative, an RRP Parts Distributor, and will continue to be the RRP parts warehouse for all RRP parts and products. Rickter: For 2025, Hot Products has contracted to distribute Rickter hulls to all of the Hot Products Dealers around the world. Hot Products is offering Rickter hulls that are in inventory at the Hot Products location only; the inventory can be viewed at www.HotProductsUSA.com . Click on Rickter Hull Inventory. The hulls will be available to all Hot Products dealers at Rickter dealer pricing. Custom and special order Rickter hulls will need to be ordered from Rickter Corporate or a Rickter Distributor. Keihin: Hot Products has signed the contract and is currently the only Keihin PWC parts distributor in the USA. Mikuni Racing: For 2025, Hot Products has more than doubled the inventory on hand and will continue to expand this to support the repair and performance segments of the PWC Industry. RIVA Racing: Sea-Doo 325HP Engine and Yamaha 1.9L Engine new parts have been added to the feature sections in the front of the 2025 catalog. Our goal is to supply the most accurate and detailed information to allow these new PWC models to be updated and modified to the owner’s specifications. As we get ready for Memorial Day here in the USA, and based on April sales... the season is starting to show that 2025 has indeed begun.
