RIVA’s Pro-Series Reduction Nozzle
is ideal for tuning your Yamaha pump
combination to maximize perform-
ance. Nozzle exit diameter can be
easily changed via interchangeable
ring system. Looking for more RPM
or acceleration power? Insert a larger
diameter ring. Want more top speed
or less RPM? Install a smaller
diameter ring. Nozzle includes three
precision-machined stainless steel rings in graduated sizes (81, 82 & 83mm).
Additional ring sizes available.
Note:
Nozzle eliminates water spout function to maximize performance and
conform to racing safety rules.

ANTI-CAVITATION CONE
The R&D Anti-Cavitation Pump Cone Kit will
reduce overall internal pump cavitation within
the Yamaha's offset reduction/compression
nozzle design. The OEM reduction/compres-
sion nozzle is offset, while the OEM pump
cone/bearing cap remains straight which
causes uneven pressures within the pump and
reduction nozzle. The R&D Anti-Cavitation
Pump Cone is offset and reshaped to match the OEM reduction nozzle offset
promoting even pressures, which will substantially reduce cavitation, increase
pump hook up, boost acceleration, and increase top speed performance.

SUPER PUMP CONE
TBM’S Super Pump Cone increases the hub
diameter and smooths the transition of water
flow through the rough casting of the OEM
stator vane assembly. This drastically improves hook up, acceleration and
top speed on stock Waverunners although performance is enhanced
exponentially as engine modification is increased. TBM has designed the
Super Pump Cone to match the stock impeller; however any 75mm diameter
hub aftermarket impeller will work. TBM’S Super Pump Cone will also work
in conjunction with Riva’s 160mm wear ring/impeller upgrade. The kit comes
complete with everything needed for installation with the exception of a
spline tool for impeller removal/installation.

The Brand New Solas Yamaha 155mm stain-
less steel wear ring housing is a solid cast
piece that will not bulge from salt water use like
the OEM one. This wear ring fits the Solas 12
vane 155mm pump, as well as the OEM stator section.

R&D BILLET ADJUSTABLE ANTI-CAVITATION
CONE FOR YAMAHA SVHO
The R&D Billet Adjustable Pump Cone Kit is a bolt-on part designed to work
with the stock SVHO venturi nozzle diameter. The R&D APC adds additional
length over the OEM cone, and comes complete with tuning spacers. The
extended length allows custom RPM tuning, reduced cavitation, and adds
additional pump thrust. Precision tuning the pump cones length with the kit
included cone spacers will enable you to perfectly tune your pump for maxi-
mum thrust, superior holeshot, improved acceleration, and boosted top speed
performance. Precision CNC machined from 6061 aluminum, anodized for
corrosion resistance and O-ring sealed for leak-free pump bearing protection.
